A Happy Birthday Dog

Today is my dog’s birthday and I thought I do something special and make my own doggie treats! Liver sausage biscuits or in German: Leberwurstkekse! 🙂

So here is what every dog owner needs:Turkish bread 001

200 g of oat flakes
150 g of cottage cheese or grainy cream cheese
125 g of liver sausage
1 tablespoon oil
1 egg

Knead the ingredients and form little walnut-sized balls. Put them on a baking tray with baking parchment and press them a bit onto the tray. Now put them in the oven (ca 180°C, 20-30 minutes).

200 g Haferflocken
150 g Hüttenkäse oder körniger Frischkäse
125 g Leberwurst
1 TL Öl
1 Ei

Verknete die Zutaten und forme wallnussgroße Bällchen. Setze sie auf ein Backblech mit Backpapier und drücke sie leicht flach. Schiebe sie in den Ofen (ca. 180°C, 20-30 Minuten).

They really smell horrible, usually a very good sign that Paul thinks they are delicious 😉 And he loves them!
