Here is what you need: Absciedsparty und backen 032

Puff pastry (frozen or not)
Ca 300 g cream cheese
1 pork sausage
Herbs (frozen mix with parsley, basil, onion, garlic etc, or fresh herbs and fresh garlic and onion)
Pepper

Cut the puff pastry into squares. Mix the cream cheese, herbs and the sausage, which is cut into cubes. Add some pepper and stir it. Now put some of the cheese-mix on one half of the puff pastry squares and pull the other half of the pastry over the cheese. Now press the edges together! Put the pastry on a baking tray with baking parchment and pop them in the oven until they start to get light brown (Upper and bottom heat: ca 200°C, ca 15-20 minutes, fan-assisted oven: ca 180°C, ca 15 minutes).

Blätterteig (gefroren/ gekühlt)
Ca 300g Frischkäse
1 Fleischwurst
Kräuter (Tiefkühl-Mix italienische Kräuter, mit Petersilie, Basilikum, Zwiebel, Knoblauch, oder frische Kräuter mit frischem Knoblauch und Zwiebel)
Pfeffer

It is a very delicious party snack and really easily prepared! You can also make a meatless version. You simply make the recipe without the sausages!

I did the puff pastry for my farewell party last week because I moved back to my hometown until it is time to go to England. How fast time goes by. I lived in Bielefeld for 3 1/2 years but it seems as if I just moved there. It was a lovely time and I miss all the great people I met there!
